1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the X-Boosted platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of them, you should not use our services.

2. Description of the service

X-Boosted is an online training platform offering courses, tests and study guides in Trading, Artificial Intelligence, Habits and Wealth & Growth.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed through Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for X-Boosted products. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the period you choose (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your profile.

Prices and taxes. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include tax. Any VAT or equivalent tax due in your country of residence is already contained in the advertised amount: what you see on the site is what you are charged, and no amount is added at the checkout screen. Whop, in its capacity as merchant of record, is responsible for collecting and remitting those taxes.

Currency. Prices are advertised in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country, the checkout screen may show the amount converted into your local currency at the exchange rate in force at that moment, together with any applicable conversion fee; the amount charged to you is always the one shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. On memberships, recurring charges may be taken in the original currency of the purchase.

4. Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription you keep access to the campus until the end of the current billing period. There is no lock-in and no penalty for cancelling, and no refunds are issued for partial periods already used.

5. Refund guarantee and right of withdrawal

On one-off purchases (single manual, Starter Pack and full track) we offer a 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase: if the content doesn't match what you expected, write to support@wearexboosted.com within that window and we'll refund you in full.

Independently of this guarantee, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you have the statutory right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days. The refund is handled by Whop, acting as merchant of record, and is credited to the same payment method you used. When the amount is refunded, access to the corresponding content is withdrawn as well.

6. Intellectual property

All X-Boosted content (courses, videos, manuals, tests, guides) is the property of X-Boosted and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without authorisation is not permitted.
